Every set is built from records pulled from the crate that week: dusty soul 45s, Ukrainian jazz-funk, Italo, leftfield house, whatever is still spinning in my head from the last dig.
No laptop, no CDJs, no sync button. Just two turntables, a mixer and a bag that gets heavier every month. The mistakes are part of it; so are the moments when two records you’d never put together suddenly lock in.
If you run a night that cares about listening as much as dancing, I’d love to hear about it. Bring the room; I’ll bring the records.
